Description: A specialist luxury tour operator is seeking an experienced Creche Manager to work in its resort in Sardinia for the summer season. The Creche Manager will be responsible for all aspects of setting up and running a fully operational creche abroad. Working with a team of Creche Assistants, the Creche Manager will devise a range of activities for babies and toddlers aged from 6 months to 3 years. The Creche Manager must not only have an excellent approach to childcare, but also the ability to liaise with parents and hotel staff as a key member of the resort team.Applicants must have an NNEB childcare qualification or equivalent. Candidates without this qualification with NOT be considered. You must also have relevant Nanny experience and experience handling sensitive childcare issues.The tour operator will provide full training in the UK and you will then be flown out to the resort to set up the creche prior to the arrival of the families. In addition to a competitive weekly salary, your flights, transfers, food, accommodation, insurance and uniform will be paid for. You will also be eligible for an end-of-season bonus.You must be available to work from 23 June to 8 September 2008.
