Description: Rileys are the largest operator of pool and snooker clubs nationwide. We are currently going through a refurbishment and expansion programme and have a number of exciting opportunities. Our clubs are all run as members clubs and offer American & English Pool, Snooker, bar area, big screen TV, jackpot machines, jukebox, poker and bar and food service. This position would be a great opportunity for a forward-thinking individual with the desire to progress within this expanding Company. In addition you will need to be agood people manager with at least 2 years relevant management experience ideally from a branded name in the licensed trade. You will also need excellent customer service skillsas well as experience in cash handling, running shifts and supervising staff, increasing sales and improving profitability, completing paperwork, training and recruiting staff, managing budgets and meeting agreed targets plud handling all the day to day issues associated with running a club.
