Description: Offering great benefits such as travel discounts, 22 days holiday, healthcare, dental scheme, long service awards plus being voted in The Times Top 20 Companies To Work For in 2006 and 2007, this prestigious travel company, based on the Surrey / West Sussex border, offer excellent career opportunities.Travel Reservations Consultant responsibilities:- Arranging worldwide leisure holidays & business travel for prestigious clients- Creating tailor made itineraries, which include booking bespoke travel packages, the finest hotels, villas, private islands and first class flights using Sabre CRS.- This is an inbound call centre environment so you will work to quality, customer service and sales targetsTravel Consultant skills required:- Travel industry experience is essential - previous call centre experience preferred but not essential as candidates from a business travel, leisure travel or travel consultant background will be considered- Candidates with cabin crew experience will also be considered proving they have substantial office based experience as well- IT literate - experience using a PC in a work environmentAdditional Information:- Basic salaries range from £17,300 - £18,500 dependent on experience plus a shift allowance of £324 per year- This is a permanent full time position and training course starts 7th or 21st July- Rota includes working Saturdays on a rota basisTo apply for this role, you must meet the skills required and have a genuine desire and commitment to deliver great customer service.
