Description: This very established and well renowned top Business Travel (BT) company based in the Croydon area are seeking Business Travel Consultants (BT) to work on a variety of top Business Travel accounts (BT) in their Business Travel call centre. Responsibilities + Skills for a Business Travel Consultant (BT) -You will need to have significant proven reservations experience working on a CRS -Have working knowledge of preferable Sabre, but my client will cross train for the right candidates -Booking net and fully published fares to worldwide destinations, as well as car hire, hotels, rail and Eurostar -Providing visa information -You should be customer service orientated -Be able to work within a team and be very adaptable -Have very good travel industry knowledge -Have loads of enthusiasm and show dedication Additional Information for a Business Travel Consultant (BT) -Excellent basic salary and company benefits -22days paid holiday a year + a Xmas days shopping -Working hours are between 830am to 6pm depending on which account you work on -Working days are Monday to Friday with weekends and bank holidays off In return, you will be part of a fantastic company offering a fantastic career!
