Description: Senior Project Manager, Vendor Links - £35k - £40k , Berkshire Our client is looking for Senior Project Manager plan and project manage the delivery of assigned links activities to achieve revenue growth and improve their product base through effective communication ability and use of extensive knowledge of all aspects of links processing and processes. Senior Project Manager, (Vendor Links) responsibilities: - Effectively manage a portfolio of multiple assigned projects, employing time management and prioritisation skills - Lead projects through effective planning, project control and delivering to agreed targets. - Produce and execute systems test plans, conducting acceptance testing with and producing implementation documentation for the vendor customer, investigating and prioritising problems and expediting their resolution. - Primary project contact, co-ordinating implementation activities and communications with Product Marketing, Airline Sales, Non-Air Sales and Marketing, the GI technical support teams and the Vendor customers; by convening project conference calls, creating and updating project Tracking Lists and reporting status. - Present and explain Links product life cycles - Design, specification, testing, implementation and documentation of links systems with close involvement of programmers and users - Troubleshoot link associated problems ensuring timely resolution Senior Project Manager, (Vendor Links) skills required: - Educated to degree level with extensive travel industry experience (preferably an airline). - GDS experience would be an advantage - Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills - Ability to build effective working relationships with a wide range of internal and external contacts - Experience with product and project life cycle preferred To apply for the position of Senior Project Manager (Vendor Links), please call Richard on 020 7397 1268, apply on-line or email your CV to richard@rise-exec.co.uk quoting ref RM213
