Description: Our client is a family owned and managed business. It is a private Limited Company which was set up on 10 September 1999 from its base in Cheadle, Cheshire. The Directors of the company between them have over 65 years of experience in insurance claims and motor vehicle management.They are looking for a Claims reporter to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:To provide general administration duties on a daily basisTo report new claims to insurance companies on behalf of clients or insurance brokersTo ensure that all correspondence is logged, prioritized and dealt with appropriately within a sufficient time scaleTo provide support to all teamsTo administrate and update company database and spreadsheets on excelTo enter Data onto relevant information systems.To deal with email correspondenceTo maintain the office filing system, scanning, filing, photocopying when necessary.To deal with a wide range of people at all levels.To undertake training relevant to the post.To undertake other such duties related to the work and appropriate to the post, as directed by the Team Manager.Priorities own workload to ensure deadlines and standards are met.Other DutiesTo work positively and inclusively with colleagues and customers so that Action Claims provides a workplace and delivers services that do not discriminate against people on the ground of their age, sexuality, religion or belief, race, gender or disabilities.To fulfil personal requirements, where appropriate, with regard to Action Claims policies and procedures, health, safety and welfare, customer care, emergency, evacuation and security.To work flexibly in the interests of the service.
