Description: Technician-State of the Art Workshop-South West London-Mon-Fri OTE35k Salary: 24880- 26,000 Basic OTE 35,000 Our client a prestigious,well established and highly successful motor trade dealership based in the South West London area are looking for an experienced and outstanding Auto Technician with at least three years experience this is essential to work for their fantastic company working MONDAY-FRIDAY.You will need to be a productive team player, able to work to deadlines and targets but also be self motivated, organised and able to multi task. The ideal candidate must be self motivated, driven and have excellent diagnostic skills and experience, and possess a full UK Driving Licence. To service, adjust and repair vehicles, components and accessories including removal and refitting in a safe, proper and economical manner using equipment provided. To diagnose faults and test vehicles utilising equipment available and using recognised test procedures and techniques. Including road testing where deemed necessary. To observe, recognise and report on defects and/or symptoms of impending failure. Identification of recharge costs advising the Workshop Supervisor and correct completion of paperwork. To order from the parts department all necessary replacement parts, ensuring that no parts are fitted to vehicles other than those required to complete the work. To ensure at all times that equipment and tools are kept in a clean, safe condition and to report any shortages or damaged/faulty equipment to the Workshop Supervisor. To keep abreast of improvements and techniques and to ensure all aspects of work meet departmental quality standards. To be in possession of a comprehensive hand tool kit and a full driving licence. To ensure the correct completion of all job related documentation (job cards, parts orders, logbooks etc.) including job write-ups. To carry out any duties deemed reasonable over and above standard duties including deputising in other roles. To attend and participate in such training courses as deemed necessary.
