Description: JOB PURPOSE: The incumbent will be a key member of our small despatch department within Caterpillar Peterborough.Despatching engines on time, to the correct location and with all paperwork completed to an excellent level of accuracy.Job Responsibilities:The role holders main responsibility is to action engine call off’s from Customer Service Operatives, consigning engines on MFGPro and collating appropriate paperwork. Producing shipping documentation and transfer of engines for client reworks The incumbent must produce gate release documentation for loads departing the facility, follow the transfer location procedure is expected to report late loads to the client. An integral part of the role is ensuring the correct preparation of airfreight paperwork.
