Description: My client is a reputable and well established car dealership and a fantastic opportunity has arisen with a well known car dealership as a Customer Service / Host. This will be working in luxurious surroundings meeting and greeting prospective customers an excellent opportunity to perfect your customer service skills. Key responsibilities will be : Introducing yourself to prospective customers but also assessing when to leave them to their own devices. Building rapport Managing several sets of visitor at the same time by moving between groups. Maintaining the showroom Managing and co-ordinating the physical showroom environment Working with the Management team to support promotions and events Ensuring that brochures are well stocked Making sure that all the cars and accessories are clean and positioned correctly You need to be of smart appearance and be an excellent communicator. Working at two Hertfordshire sites.
