Description: WHOAn internationally renouned distribution company is looking to expand its management team.Working within the "Returns" department you will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of 15-20 people to ensure productivity and quality goals are acheived. THE ROLEYou will be given a great deal of responsibility, managing staff, overseeing forecasts, sometimes making the ultimate decision in whether goods may be returned to suppliers and customers given a refund/exchange.Duties will imclude the support of departmental goals and objectives as defined by the departmental manager along with the supervision of the day to day operation for the assigned area.THE PERSONYou must be able to demonstrate experience of:Team Leader/Supervisory skillsOrganisational skillsDecIsion Making skillsStrong People Management AbilityA commitment to excellence and acheiving resultsThe shift runs Wednesday to Saturday 0800 to 1800.
