Description: An exceptional support role with a telecommunications and security provider to defence and law enforcement organisations! Working within a team of engineers you will be responsible for pre and post sales support. You must be willing to travel globally, have excellent client facing skills, good attention to detail and support experience. This role also requires Security Clearance so you need to be eligible to gain SC level. Technically you must: Have good GSM and UMTS experience Good RF and air interface link knowledge Support/ troubleshooting experience Appreciation of the software lifecycle - with knowledge of embedded C++, .Net and C# being advantageous This is an amazing company which has aspects that no other company will offer.
