To grow and maintain trade customer base via account recruitment.Monitor and increase frequency of spend.To provide support to the Sales team by way of appointments for the SaleRepresentative, lead generation and follow up.PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:• To generate customer leads via telephone contact, mailing Depotpromotional literature. To increase account base using same• To provide all trade customers with the highest level of service• To keep the WEK report and customer progress cards up to date, using iteffectively to generate and maintain customer contact.• To liaise with the Credit control department, responding to customeraccount queries, process customer account applications• To ensure a safe and comfortable environment is maintained forcustomers and employees within the store. Ensure compliance withHealth & Safety Regulations• To provide the Sales Representative with qualified leads andappointments• To attend a weekly meeting with the Sales Representative and DepotManagement to develop the trade account baseThis is not intended to be an exhaustive list of responsibilities, but outlines thesalient points of the role.Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm and alternate saturdays 8am - 12pm
