Description:  A challenging role as a Logistics Coordinator has arisen within a leading telecommunications organisation.  Main Purpose - To oversee the two way flow of the required equipment in line with current and planned projects. - To maintain the integrity and condition of the stores facility. - To produce and maintain all relevant records relating to the store and its related vehicles. - To liaise and maintain relationships with suppliers both internal and external, and to follow and maintain all Supply Chain LOD procedures. - To maintain communications with all field teams. Main Responsibilities - To maintain regular contact with the Technical Coordinator, Senior Engineers, Network Engineers and work requesters in an effort to maintain the smooth running of implementation tasks.   - To maintain knowledge of costs regarding equipment used by the team. To be aware of all current sourcing strategies and decide on the most economic source of supply to satisfy work tasks. - Organise and maintain the integrity of the physical store on a day-to-day basis. - Oversee and supervise incoming deliveries and outgoing stocks. - Organise and maintain on site records. - Produce regular required reports and ad hoc reports as requested through the Engineering Team Leader. - Maintain regular communication with all groups associated with the supply chain process and implementation team in order to achieve customer satisfaction. - Maintain product and system knowledge in line with current team commitments. Skills  - 3 to 5 years telecommunication experience preferred. - Proven track record of stores and procurement practises. - Proven customer relationship management. - Approachable and professional attitude with excellent oral communication.
