A leading household telco client based in Central London are looking to recruit experienced SAS Customer Insight Analyst to join their Insight Team. The function of the team is to provide strategy and direction to the marketing and product teams within the organisation, helping to identify market opportunities within the sector based on facts.
The candidate will manage the maintenance of existing and propensity models and the further development of models to drive key business decisions. They will also be responsible for the generation of ad hoc customer reports, and liasing with the Marketing Department to ensure the smooth running of current retention campaigns.
The ideal candidate should be degree educated and experienced in a similar customer analytics role. SAS Base and SAS Stat are required whilst exposure to SAS Enterprise Miner and Enterprise Guide are highly desirable.
