Description: DP005898 Our client is a leading developer of cutting edge applications for the telecommunications industry, specifically international mobile operators. We are looking for people with Oracle 9/10 administration experience. Java/J2EE experience preferable Excellent SQL skills (PL/SQL preferable). Sun Solaris 8/9/10 administration knowledge. You will also possess an excellent telephone manner and general customer facing skills. You will be responsible for 1st and 2nd Line support of all their software products, maintaining the internal incident tracking system, interacting with customers and developers to ensure resolution of problems, escalating problems as necessary for speedy resolution to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
