Description: A brilliant opportunity has opened for a candidate who wants to progress their voice knowledge. Focusins on PBXs you will be an integral member of a voice NOC. This team is a great starting point for your Telecoms career and whether your aim in a few years is to design, go to 3rd line support, transfer to data, then this could be for you. The ideal candidate will have worked within a NOC environment, in a 1st line role, however this is not essential. You must be educated to NVQ level or equivalent ideally in Telecommunications, although any related IT/Computing course would be ok. Technically is would be highly advantageous if you have knowledge of Siemens RealitisDX and/or Ericsson MD110 PBXs. It is also desirable that you understand principles of IPT/convergence and VoIP as this team works very closely with the data team.
