A Cisco voice professional is needed to join a strong support team within a major player within the Telecoms industry.
The role is a mix of 2nd/3rd line support and you will be a designated POC for voice issues. You will be liaising with some key clients so your interpersonal skills need to be excellent. This area is very much focused on client service and so you must have experience within a high pressured support environment and be focused on SLAs.
Technically it is essential you are a certified voice specialist. You need to have demonstrable skills in Call Manager and understand legacy voice and current IPT solutions. Certifications like CIPT, CCVP are highly desirable.
