Established for over 40 years, we are one of the largest independent drug agencies in the North West.Substance Misuse Worker – Ref SMW004South Sefton – £21,412 - £23,749 pa (SCP 26 - 29) 35 hrs pwYou will be required to manage a caseload of opiate dependent clients, offering a wide range of clinical and psycho social interventions. You will plan and manage effective packages of care, undertake assessments, formulate care plans, refer clients to other relevant agencies and help motivate and assist them in making positive life changes. You should have experience of working within the drugs field, have a working knowledge and experience of clinical issues, assessment and care management and be fully aware of relevant care management standards.
