We are looking for a Residential Care Home Manager for a 52 beded dual registered, in Sunderland.This a new service due to be open in August and our client is looking to recruit a manager to lead the registration process and to ensure the home has adequate staffing level and other facilities for it opening. Must hold NVQ4/RMA qualification with previous experience in working in a similar setting. You must have strong leadership and managerial skills and be able to communicate with people at all levels. Must be friendly, enthusiastic and self motivated. Good record keeping, an eye for detail, be able to maintain high standards of care. The company provides good opportunities to progress and attain new skills through training and continuous professional development.
