We are currently recruiting for Registerd Home Manager for our client in Sunderland.The home provides Specialist Residential Home for with Learning Disabilities and physical disabilities. It is a brand new purpose build service set to open in August. They are looking for a candidate who is dynamic, self motivated and able to demonstrate clear leadership skills. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST HOLDA minimum of previous experience in a supervisory capacity within the area of Learning Disability, Mental Health. NVQ Level 3 and desirable to have NVQ level 4 in Management and NVQ Registered Manager Award. Have knowledge and experience of the Care Standards Act 2000 and relevant legislation within the Care Sector. In return you will be rewarded with an excellent wage package, good holiday pay and enhancement and continuing professional development. Pay rate between £26000 to £36000
