Description: A part-time vacancy has arisen for a Team Manager with the Care Management Team. Successful candidate should be an experienced Team Manager with a good track record of both management and practice experience in the areas of Child Protection, Looked After children and court work. A good knowledge base of current practice and thinking, and an ability to work with a mixed ability Team, who have both experienced social workers, and practitioners who are fresh to the profession. The Team Manager should also have knowledge and experience in HR issues, and performance management.
