Care Assistants are required to work ad-hoc shifts for Staffordshire City Council. The shifts include mornings (7.30-2pm), afternoons (2.30-10pm) and waking nights and are based in various residential units for adults, some with disabilities, around Staffordshire. Pay is £7-£9ph. The job involves providing a high standard of personal care to service users and to enable them to maintain their individual lifestyles within the confines of a group living situation under the supervision of senior staff.
