Description:
Qualified Social Worker required for an Adults Mental Health Team. This is a fast paced and busy team so candidates MUST have a minimum of 6 months previous Mental Health experience. The post is initially for 3 months, with a view to being ongoing. Main duties will include; making need and risk assessments, writing reports, formulating and implementing packages of care and duty work.The role also involves home and community visits, so a car driver is essential. A recent CRB disclosure and GSCC registration are a must.
