They were founded in 1984 and have grown in both the scale and breadth of their operation and currently provide services to over 400 service users (residents) in more than 100 supported living projects and registered care homes in London, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire, Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire and Yorkshire. They are now looking to recruit a Floating Team Manager to join their successful team.Responsibilities will include:As a Team Manager you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the service. This includes managing a team of staff and participating in the planning, development and management of both services. There is also a need to split your time between Burnham and Hazelmere.Suitable candidates must possess: You will need at least two years experience of supporting adults with learning disabilities living in the community. You should also have experience of managing and motivating a staff team in a supported living setting, budget management experience and a working knowledge of the Care Standards Act. A relevant qualification in health and social care at NVQ level 4 (or equivalent) would be a bonus. A full manual driver's license is also essentialBenefitsBasic Pay £21,819 p.a.
