AN EXCITING OPPORTUNITY IN BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT WITH A LEADING INTERNATIONAL CONTRACTOR.Our client is a high profile Building and Civil Engineering Contractor, currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead the business development team of their demolition division.Primary Activities of the position of Business Development Manager include:·Source opportunity information ahead of our competitors.·To assist the Shared Service Centre in the development of BD processes for improving efficiency and effectiveness.·Positive and proactive management of customer and partner relationships.·The identification, progression and capture of work opportunities to match the development strategy of the companyKey Responsibilities;·Promoting and maintaining the guiding principles of the company·Ensuring a customer focus within all areas of support activities.·Supporting effective business communication within Business Development teams through advice, review, leadership and direct contribution to management and team meetings.·Develop strategy to improve our chances of winning the work.·Develop relationships within the group Group & external clients.·Accumulate market & job specific intelligence.
