Head of Contact Centre Salary: £65,000+ Package negotiable depending upon experience Location: West Bromwich, Head Office This role will eventually move to new purpose built offices in Dudley in 18-24 months time Full Time Permanent We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of Contact Centre who will have full responsibility for developing strategy and driving performance within the department. Your strong leadership skills will ensure that you effectively manage a workforce of circa 200 staff and you will be responsible for exceeding retail inflow targets and income generation inline with the corporate plan. You will be proficient at managing large budgets and associated costs accordingly. We are looking for someone who can bring new and innovative ideas to the role and who can support through continuous improvement activities, a culture and clear business focus on sales lead development whilst ensuring the delivery of mortgage arrears and retention targets. You will pride yourself on your ability to build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and you will be technically robust with telephony systems, forecasting software, CRM systems and resource planning solutions. You will also be experienced in ensuring compliance with policy and procedures and Industry codes of practice. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has frontline Financial Services Contact Centre Management experience and is seeking a new challenge in a leading mutual Building Society where you will be recognised and rewarded for what you do.
