Description: Leading Investment bank is currently looking for a Career Project Manager to work within their new Interest Rate Derivatives desk. You need to have 3+ Years of proven FO IT Derivatives experience and 7+ Years within the Project Management arena. You will need to have experience of delivery of high profile FO projects which have delivered real business benefit, with proven experience facing off to the most senior business managers (to MD level). This is an essential component of this role. Additional requirement are those with a proven track record in managing complex and multi-phased end to end technical programmes and a proven interaction with multiple business groups (FO, MO, BO) and able to influence to effect business process change where required. Experience Preferred is Project process improvement experience (example SDLC), Middle Office Risk and Market/Price data (PV and cash) & Experience of delivery risk management systems/tools (i.e. scenario analysis) for FO.(Real Resourcing acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business)
