Description: Operations Director - Human Resources Consultancy Location: North Midlands Remuneration: £50K - £65K plus Company car plus healthcare The Job Fast growing, dynamic and highly profitable company, winner of many business awards, is seeking to recruit an Operations Manager (Director Designate). The person appointed will be responsible for the efficient and cost-effective management of a 30 plus specialist team delivering professional consultancy services to a national customer base, comprising small businesses and blue chip companies. Key deliverables include: • Ensure customers receive high quality consultancy services, providing specialist advice and support, consistent with contractual obligations • Proactive management of the team including 4 Managers • Maximise customer retention • Implement cost effective delivery and productivity monitoring systems • Optimise contract revenue and profitability • Achieve ‘best in class’ customer service • Assist in the development of new revenue streams • Develop personal customer interface with key customers • Play role in senior management team • Assist in the delivery of departmental personal development plans The Person • Graduate calibre • A good working knowledge of HR and Employment Law • Successful track record in managing commercial revenue generating business to business service • Experienced in delivering first class customer service • Knowledge and experience of CRM systems and IT generally • Exceptional people management and motivational skills • Ambitious and determined • Flexible and resourceful • Proactive team leader • Ability to recognise and exploit commercial opportunities • Excellent potential for further career development • Knowledge of statutory legislation relating to corporate governance If you possess the necessary skills and experience in order to carry out this senior role successfully, then please email your CV with salary expectations to, jm@scott-jardine.com TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OUR REFERRAL SCHEME!
