The CompanyOur client is a rapidly growing global business offering an engaging opportunity for a reward professional to build their experience on the international stage.The main purpose of this role is managing global compensation policies in line with company objectives, participating in salary surveys to ensure accurate and appropriate salary benchmarking for the organization, reviewing and aligning local benefit plans to global principles. Working with and building effective relationships with Business Partners and service providers and managing the company’s international assignment program. The CandidateThe ideal candidate will have good experience of pay benchmarking and the management of salary and bonus cycles and possess a working appreciation of international assignment practices. It will also be advantageous to have a good grasp of UK benefits management and administration.The RewardsThe position offers salary in the region of 60,000 plus bonus and benefits and the opportunity of some international travel. However the most rewarding aspect of this role is the rare opportunity to deepen and broaden your reward management experience with a strong sense of ownership.
