Established retail brand based in North London are looking for a customer services administrator to come on board and join the team. Candidates will need to do the following: Ensure Deadlines are met and General Administration is completed as required by Customer Service Supervisor. Ensure the filing system is organised and up to date, making it easily accessible for reference by other Departments in UK. Ensure Sales Executives are fulfilling the admin requirements of their job. Organise Weekly Meetings with the Sales Team and Credit Control in order to go through the delivery and financial situation of the South and Midland Clients. Ensure meetings are organised with Clients when necessary.
