My client is looking for a support officer
Key Account abilities:
1.Acting as a link between school staff, members of public, and secondary advisors/consultants ensuring accurate and timely recording and communication of information.
2.Quality assuring, processing and distribution of notes of school visits within specified deadlines
3.Preparation of course materials, newsletters, policies and other correspondence within specified deadlines.
4.Processing stationery requests, purchase orders, travel claims, travel warrants.
5.Supporting the Senior Secondary Support Officer in the processing of invoices.
6.Uploading and promoting information onto the websites
7.Recording Advisor/consultants' time into time management database.
8.Arranging and booking Quality and Standards' conferences, meetings and training events
9.Collecting data and reporting on the academic progress of Diversity and Ethnic Minority Pupils to the statutory regulatory bodies.
10.Processing schools' assessment of Newly Qualified Teachers in accordance with the General Teaching Council's statutory guidelines, timescales and deadlines.
11.Taking minutes or notes of meetings as required, circulating and recording in line with Quality and Standards procedures.
