Description: PARTNERSHIP MANAGER - FINANCIAL SERVICES - Location: Field Based Salary Band: £40-50k bonus 20% car home office pension health care Purpose of the RoleLead and develop the relationship with senior management for strategic accounts, a portfolio of accounts which have an annual revenue spend of circa £10m+ Ensure the deliver of an exceptional service in line with my clients contracted customer Key Performance Indicators.Key Accountabilities:General*Accountable for the delivery of all services to the relevant customers within the allocated portfolio of accounts*Ensure revenue and profit targets are delivered at or in excess of the budget for the year*Lead the co-ordination of quarterly review meetings, develop the account strategy and own this once agreed*Develop and maintain strategic account plans and budgets*Delivery of the work agenda set by the team at monthly meetings in co-operation with functional resources from my client and the customer*Development of action plans to bring any shortfall in plan revenue back on track*Resolution of escalated customer problems and concerns where existing quality and support procedures have been unable to resolve*Identification of opportunities to enhance existing propositions based on frequent contact with customers and maintains records on system*Identification of opportunities to create new propositions based on frequent contact with customers and prospects - highlight to Senior Partnership Manager and also Corporate Propositions*Contribute to the development of strategy within Corporate Partnerships and wider group businesses where appropriateExperience*5 years' experience in a competitive market and ideally insurance based*Demonstrates delivery of tangible results within a multi-service organisation with a high profile of success*Experience of delivering complex propositions across multi-business units*Track record of identifying the potential for the development of new propositionsI would be keen to speak with anyone who believes their background suits my client's needs.
