Description: This is an exciting new opportunity for a sales focused team leader. The purpose of the role is to contribute to the achievement of revenue targets through selling to and building effective relationships with customers.Managing a team of 5 based in an office environment, you will develop and maintain customer relationships to meet their requirements and identifying different ways of doing this. By monitoring the team's performance and actual sales against individual and team targets, you will ensure the company performs to budget and meets revenue goals. They are looking for a strong manager who has excellent sales skills and has a broad understanding of the sales process. You will be determined to succeed, enthusiastic and be able to hold a positive outlook in any situation.You will be a strong negotiator and able to influence key decisions. You must have experience of working to targets with a proven track record in meeting these.
