Description: Our Client is currently recruiting for a Store Manager. The role purpose is to ensure all operational activities are carried out consistently to company standard to conduct in a professional manner at all times whilst ensuring the principle responsibilities are maintained. Key Accountabilities:- Ensures compliance to all policies and procedures of the company. Ensures all employees and providing good customer service and common courtesy providing customers with a favourable impression of the store and employees. Duties:- You will be responsible for monitoring and controlling expenses, plan weekly schedules, Interview and hire store staff and discipline employees when necessary.
