Working for this independent price comparison service it will be you will oversee the productivity levels of the telecommunications department.
Reporting to the contact centre director you will be responsible for the supervision of a team of up to 10 sales advisors. This will include dealing with all issues relating to absence management, the creation of rotas, reporting daily performance results, disciplinary issues and providing support to your team and other team managers. It will also be essential to carry out ongoing coaching to resolve performance issues.
