Description: This is a rare and exciting opportunity for someone to influence and be a significant member of a high profile team. In the early stages you will aid the Team Manager in shaping the team, defining the shifts and delivering at a high standard. Your experience will grow with the team, potentially giving you the opportunity to progress and develop. The role * To act as the primary point of contact, making regular contact calls * To conduct outbound lead generation calls, ensuring that customers are contacted at least twice a year * Manage and qualify leads, maintain contact records and arrange advice appointments to satisfy individual customer needs * Prepare briefing/background packs for use by Sales Advisors * To issue direct offer packs for the range of simple products as appropriate * Carry out simple sales processes * Refer leads back to the retail network for all retail savings, mortgage, personal loan and credit card enquiries * To ensure that all "orphan? accounts are provided with an owner * To monitor the protfolio of accounts on a regular basis in order to identify changes in circumstances and be able to recommend appropriate action Skills, knowledge and behaviour * Experience of sales and a proven track record of working within a target driven environment is essential * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to persuade and influence taking a 360-degree approach * Attention to detail Expect to receive some fantastic benefits including competitive basic salary and excellent career prospects
