This role is predominantly office based working within a team.My client do not just pay lip service to the idea of teamwork and actually pay commission on the basis of company, team and individual performance.This ensures the culture is one of trust and group effort.It is a target driven environment but there is a very high level of training and support to help you achieve.There is a strong focus on developing people from within the company and encouraging personal and professional development.My client has experienced continued growth and has ambitious plans for the future.To continue our success they need to recruit technically minded people with the right professional and sales focus.Job DescriptionIT Technical Sales08:45 17:30 Monday to Thursday 08:45 16:15 Friday 3 hours a day on the phone both incoming and outgoing, answering queries regarding products, upselling and lead chasing.Face to face site visits Preparing and writing quotationsResearch potential leadsResearch companies and ascertain how to approach with what productsLiasing with manager to give feedback on progress and understand current tasksProduct knowledgeRequired skillsProven Sales abilityDetermination/perserveranceExcellent communication skillsListening skillsKnowledge of cold callingAbility to work in a target driven environmentAn understanding of self-motivationTechnical qualitfication, experience in technical sales or good knowledge of computers and computer products.Basic of £20K depending on experience with OTE of £30,000+Commission is uncapped and targets are team basedBUPAContributory pension25 days holiday + 8 days public holiday
