Description: Sales Trainer Manchester £35k+ A leading UK publishing company has a new exciting opportunity for an experienced sales trainer with experince of developing, training and motivating a team of internal sales executives. The company which turn over £50 million from three UK depots are enjoying a huge amount of success and have recently won some very exciting publications which in turn require more proactive sales staff to sell the advertising for each of them. This means bringing sales executives slightly "green? or with experience gained in a different market place. So they require an experienced Sales Trainer with experience of working within a proactive target driven sales enviroment, ideally within media/publishing sales though that is not essential. What is essential is the candidate's ability to teach telephone sales techniques, have the ability to develop a unique and specific training programme, and potentially be able to assist with the recruitment process; this truly is an exceptional opportunity to put your mark on an exciting and growing company. In return you will receive a first class package offering a basic salary of around £35k with an OTE of £45k.
