Description: Company: A well established fashion brand. Family owned with over 3000 employees. The brand was originally known for its hard wearing durability, and has developed into a well known band in the European street wear scene.Main Role and Responsibilities:* Preparation of monthly management accounts (supporting the Finance Manager). P&L and Balance Sheet reconciliations * Variance investigation and analysis * Support projects such as implementation of new accounting systems, process improvements, group reporting to France * Assist Finance Director and Finance Manager in preparation of budgets and forecasts * External reporting * Maintain fixed asset register * Statement and bank reconciliations, in particular store takings * Maintain the property database, manage rates appeals, month end rent and service charge accounting * Cover and support accounts assistant and purchase ledger as required Key Skills Preferred:* Part Qualified CIMA/ACCA * Retail experience desirable, experience of multi site leisure/consumer business would be of interest * Comfortable with systems and IT * Experience of preparation of monthly management accounts, reporting and variance analysis * Sound management accounting systems skills * Strong communication skills -verbal and written * Management skills to be able to manage/mentor the junior members of the team with the finance manager * Comfortable with working in fast paced, small company head office environment - the role is very hands on but offers opportunities to be very involved in the growth of the business and make a real difference If you would like to apply for this role or find out more, please apply online (using "Add to job basket?) or contact Jasmin Hynd at Robert Walters on +44(0) 20 7509 8154 or cap-temp@robertwalters.com quoting the Job Reference PQC/IGA/882344
