Description: One of the leading commercial players on the Channel Islands is currently looking for a Senior Commercial Manager to work within one of their branded high street Clothing & food retailers. This business has been operating for nearly 200 years and has a good reputation and work within some of the largest UK food and non-food franchise's. Their ethos is to be a main focal point of the community and be able to provide the service that their customers require. Working closely with the community they work with local suppliers to be able to offer a large variety & choice. As a Commercial Manager you will be operating one of their branded sites managing the profit & loss & legalities of your store. You will be equally focused on compliance & people and you will have a formulated business plan that you will engage your team to deliver on set KPI's. To be successful in this postion you must deputy or store management exposure, preferably from a blue-chip food or non-food retailer. You must have experience of dealing with KPI's and managing a team and dealing with people management and training & devlopement. You must be self motivated and driven and work well in an autonomous environment!
