They have a turnover of over $11 billion and are still growing.Due to phenomenal growth they are looking to recruit highly motivated, sales focused, commercial, operators to run various stores in the south of England.As Assistant Branch Manager you will be responsible for supporting your manager in the running of your branch through a pro-active sales approach. You will have the opportunity to manage your own team and take on duty management responsibilities of this multi-million pound branch.The ideal candidate for this role, will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to work autonomously, you will be self motivated with a demonstrable track record of achieving results. You will be a leader, who understands the importance of a motivated, well trained team behind you.
