Description: My client is seeking a commercially driven Branch Manager to manage their Decorator Centre based in Tottenham.You will be responsible for ensuring that the branch achieves its sales targets, working within set budgets, whilst at all times delivering the highest standards of customer service. You will need to adopt a hands-on management approach that will motivate and inspire your team of three staff. Ideally you will have gained similar management experience in a retail or trade sales environment and will have an interest in decorating/DIY.You must have a current driving licence to assist with the branch delivery service and the flexibility required to be able to work a 40 hour week ensuring that, between you and your team, the branch is staffed during its opening hours of:7.00 am to 17.00 pm, Monday to Friday8.00 am to 12 noon on Saturdays.My client is offering a competitive salary and benefits package, including branch bonus, 28 days holiday plus public holidays, company pension scheme and health cash planmembership.
