Description: A multi-site role supporting the Director in improving and increasing sales and service across the estate A skilled multi-site manager from a sales-orientated environment, preferably with a background in mobile phones. You will be able to demonstrate an ability to drive performance through effective training, coaching and man management.You will also preferably have done ad hoc projects and be competent in reading and analysing complex sales reports and information, spotting trends and acting accordingly. Whilst this is an operations role, it has the potential to develop into a national multi-site management role, dependent upon the performance of the business.
