THE ROLE A very exciting opportunity to join a small but very friendly and enthusiastic team, you will be taking on a very "hands on? consultants role. You will be working from a new desk so business development will still be key. You will also be dealing with candidates on a daily basis, interviewing etc. You need to thrive on working in a fast paced recruitment environment as you will be working to targets and KPI's. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE * Stable history of being a Recruitment Consultant, with the ability to hit the ground running. * Proven track record of success, and management of staff desired * Experience of dealing with either Industrial or Commercial Temps * An excellent Sales ability with the drive and motivation to win new business and close a deal * Confident and ambitious, and able to deal with people both face to face and over the telephone. * Full UK Driving License If, after submitting your CV, you have not heard from us within 4 working days then unfortunately we are unable to consider you for this position.
