This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced IT Recruitment Consultant to join a national and highly reputable company that provides a professional consultative approach to recruitment, a friendly working environment, excellent resources an exceptional commission structure.£20,000 - £25,000 basic potential 6 figure earnings.The Company:From its inception over 25 years ago the business has grown steadily to become one of the UK's most successful and most highly respected supplier of contract and permanent IT personnel. They are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their expanding team in central St Albans.The Role:*Create and maintain effective relationships with both clients and candidates*Source new candidates and expand the company database*Provide support and guidance to staff members when required*Build strong relations with corporate clients and fully manage key accounts *Research prospective clients and proactively establish contact in order to establish their staffing needs*Take detailed job orders and person specifications from clients*Act as a candidates first point of contact and maintain high service levels*Manage workload and time in order to produce optimum results*Match candidates to clients business needsThe Person:*Possess at least 2 years recruitment experience*Experience in IT recruitment would be advantageous but not essential*Must be a team player *Ability to establish, maintain & develop relationships *Ability to work on own initiative yet effectively as part of a team*Sales and target drivenThe Package:*£20,000-£25,000 basic depending on experience*Excellent commission structure up to 40% *Good level of autonomy to pilot your own desk*Healthy database of candidates*Strong team environment*Potential 6 figure earnings NOW?..
