Description: We are the largest independent recruitment agency and have developed into a national organisation with branches nationwide. This year our turnover is anticipated to be in excess of £240 million and we employ nearly 1000 permanent staff and payroll in excess of 20,000 flexible workers per week. We are now looking for a trainee recruitment consultant to work in our well-established Dudley Industrial office. As a trainee recruitment consultant you will be: · Discussing with clients to establish their specific requirements · Obtaining clear job descriptions from clients · Resourcing candidates from a number or sources · Placing adverts · Interviewing and select suitable applicants and organise their interviews · Filling vacancies · Updating the system with all relevant information · Building long term relationships with clients and customers The ideal trainee recruitment consultant will have the following skills and experience: · Have previous sales/telesales or business development experience · Ideally have previous recruitment experience but not essential · Excellent communication skills both written and oral · Must hold a full UK driving licence · Highly motivated · Well organised · Flexible · A team player In return you will get a salary of £13,000 - £30,000 Spire is a recruitment outsourcing company that advertises on behalf of both client organisations and recruitment agencies.
