Description: Construction Recruitment Consultant – Recruitment Consultant - RecruitmentThere is an immediate need for a confident Construction Recruitment Consultant in the Redhill area, to join an already successful recruitment team to assist with the delivery of key candidates to an existing core client base whilst developing new business opportunities.You must be motivated by making money as your earning potential in recruitment is excellent!Both your telephone and face-to-face presentation must be meticulous.Recruitment is a team environment; you will be working hard with your team and must have excellent interpersonal skills.Sales/telesales experience is a definite advantage; if you have sold to businesses over the telephone you are ideal for recruitment!A successful Recruitment Consultant will be determined and ambitious and will want to develop their career within a successful recruitment business. Our client offers professional recruitment training and career development with solid support.Your role will be to create new business whilst also taking care of existing business by developing even better relationships with both clients and candidates. You must have an assertive approach to sales (negotiating & closing), enjoy working within a lively & busy environment & have a track record of success. The position is to supply both permanent & contract white collar candidates into the Construction markets throughout the UK & occasionally overseas.
