THE ROLE Due to expansion, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Perms Consultant to join the Team in the well established Derby office. Taking on a "hands on? Consultant role, and following through the whole recruitment cycle. You will be undertaking business development, interviewing candidates, liaising with Clients and closing the deal. You will be required to meet with Clients and therefore be confident in dealing with people at all levels. You will be making sales calls daily so you need to be ambitious and have a hunger to succeed and meet any set targets. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE * Must have experience as a Recruitment Consultant - with a track record of success * Commercial Perms experience would be advantageous, however other Sector experience will also be considered * Self motivated and target driven, with an ability to "think outside the box? * Have an excellent sales ability and not afraid to pick up the phone to win new business * Able to close a deal at all levels * Hold a current full UK Driving License If, after submitting your CV, you have not heard from us within 4 working days then unfortunately we are unable to consider you for this position.
