Description: Recruitment Consultant The Red Snapper Group is a market leading recruitment business whose sole focus is on crime related jobs. We provide recruitment services to the police, offender management, commercial investigation, business fraud and UK regulatory markets. Due to our continuing success and huge demand from our clients we now invite applications for trainee recruitment consultants. As a trainee recruitment consultant you will receive industry leading training and development where you will learn everything about recruitment and business to business sales. An average day will include interviewing candidates, meeting clients, generating new business and closing deals. Industry experience is not essential as the ideal candidate will be given all the tools necessary to catapult from trainee recruitment consultant to senior recruitment consultant in a very short period. Marketing and sales experience would be help in addition a background working for the emergency services or offender management sectors would be welcomed. This said we're most interested in your abilities rather than your work hisotry. There is no limit to how quickly you can progress to the highest level as promotion is purely on ability and results, what is more important is personality and the capacity to grasp new concepts quickly. The ideal candidate will receive a very competitive basic salary (up to £25,000) and an unrivalled commission structure ensuring that top achievers will have no cap to earning potential. Successful recruitment consultants can expect an OTE package within the region of £40,000 in year 1. You will be given a fast track career progression programme where high achievers have options for management training scheme.
