Description: A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work in a very successful and growing specialist team based in Guildford.This is a telephone based role needing drive, enthusiasm, motivation and a real ‘can do’ attitude in order to hit targets and kick into a fantastic commission structure. As a recruitment resourcer you will be responsible for resourcing suitable candidates according to client’s requirements. You must be a great communicator with strong probing skills to feel comfortable and confident in speaking over the telephone. You will be headhunting candidates for specific role’s, obtaining information and referrals as well as screening and interviewing candidates. You will need to be a quick learner, positive and articulate preferably with an interest in recruitment. Previous sales, recruitment or resourcer experience is a bonus but not essential for the right person. Our client rewards hard workers with a range of incentives, from team days to overseas trips.
